Delete Your Account — Cherish Dry Fruits

You can ask us to delete your Cherish account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address (or with the mobile number) linked to your account to:

Email support@cherishdryfruits.com

Please include:

Your registered mobile number
Your shop name
The subject line “Delete my Cherish account”

We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting, to protect your data.

What gets deleted

Deleted permanently	Retained (and why)
Your profile (name, phone, shop details, GST number) KYC photos (shop and owner photos) Saved delivery addresses Login credentials and push-notification tokens	Order and GST invoice records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law, then deleted or anonymised. Information we are legally required to retain, or that is needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud.

How long it takes

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, you will no longer be able to sign in, and your personal data is removed except for the records listed above.
